These terms apply to all subscriptions concluded via varsyra.com.
2. Service description
Varsyra is a statistical football analytics and information service. The signals and probabilities provided are outputs of statistical models, for information and entertainment only. They do not constitute betting, investment, or any other advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. The service is intended solely for persons aged 18 or over.
3. Contract, prices, payment
The contract is concluded upon completion of Stripe checkout. All prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Term, automatic renewal, cancellation
Subscriptions (monthly or annual) renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time — via the “Cancel subscription” link on our website, the cancellation option in your account dashboard, or by emailing support@varsyra.com — effective at the end of the current billing period. For annual plans the remaining term is not refunded; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you consent to the digital service starting immediately and acknowledge that this ends your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
6. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and under product liability law. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Use of the information provided is at your own responsibility; no particular outcome is owed.
7. Age limit
The service may only be used by persons aged 18 or over.
8. Governing law, dispute resolution
German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
